Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 15, 2026

ComplianceReadiness.co is operated by Arvion Ventures LLC, a United States business responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy. For privacy questions, contact contact@compliancereadiness.co

Information We Collect

  • Information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and any other details you choose to submit through our forms (e.g., waitlist sign-ups or contact inquiries).

  • Automatically collected information: basic website usage data collected through Squarespace Analytics and Google Analytics.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.

  • To send updates, product announcements, or marketing communications, only where you have provided explicit consent. You may opt out at any time.

  • To analyze and improve our website, services, and user experience. We do not sell your personal data. We will not share your personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Legal Bases for Processing

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Contract: To process purchases, deliver digital products and provide related support where you purchase as an individual, or to take steps you request before entering into a contract.

  • Legitimate interests: To communicate with business customers and their representatives, respond to general inquiries, administer business relationships, protect our website, prevent fraud, maintain appropriate business records and establish or defend legal claims. We consider these interests alongside your rights and reasonable expectations.

  • Consent: To send optional marketing communications and use optional analytics cookies. You may withdraw consent through the unsubscribe link in marketing emails, the Cookie Preferences control on our website, or by contacting us, as appropriate. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

  • Legal obligation: Where processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation recognized under the applicable UK or EU data-protection law.

Certain information, such as your email address and required checkout details, is necessary to process your purchase and deliver your files. If you do not provide it, we may be unable to complete your order. Marketing subscriptions are optional.

Cookies and Analytics

  • Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to support essential functions, such as shopping-cart and checkout functionality, and to understand how visitors use the site.

  • We use Squarespace Analytics and Google Analytics to measure website traffic and engagement and improve our website.

  • Depending on the tool and its configuration, information collected may include pages viewed, referring websites, interactions, browser and device information, approximate location, and cookie or similar identifiers. Reports may present aggregated statistics, but the underlying information is not necessarily anonymous.

  • You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect shopping-cart, checkout, or other website functions.

  • We use Squarespace’s cookie controls to request consent for optional analytics cookies and communicate your choices to Google through Consent Mode. When you deny analytics consent, Google may still receive limited cookieless measurements that support statistical modeling. Declining analytics cookies therefore does not necessarily prevent all information from being transmitted to Google. You can change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time using the “Cookie Preferences” control on our website.

Data Storage and Security

  • We use Squarespace and other service providers to store and process information and maintain reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Third-Party Service Providers

  • We may use trusted third-party service providers to operate our website and communications. We grant these providers access only to the information necessary to perform their functions. Service providers process information under applicable agreements and their privacy policies. Some providers also process information for their own legal, security, and fraud-prevention purposes.

Purchases and Order Information

  • When you place an order, we receive information needed to process and fulfill it, such as your name, email address, billing address, purchased products, order value, and payment status. We may also receive information about download delivery and access, support requests, refunds, and disputes.

  • We use this information to fulfill purchases, deliver digital files, send transactional messages, provide support, maintain business records, prevent fraud, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Payments and Service Providers

  • The payment provider processes payment information at checkout. We do not receive or store your full payment card number or security code through our standard checkout.

  • We use Squarespace and the payment providers enabled at checkout to operate the store, process transactions and deliver purchases. We may also use email, accounting and other service providers where needed to operate the business. Relevant information may be shared with these providers for those purposes, or where required by law.

Marketing Choices

  • Purchasing a product does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. We send marketing communications where you have opted in. You may unsubscribe at any time.

  • Transactional messages, including receipts, download links and responses to support requests, are separate from marketing subscriptions.

Data Retention

  • We retain order and transaction records for accounting, tax, dispute-resolution and other applicable legal requirements. We retain other personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

  • Inquiry and support correspondence: We retain correspondence in Microsoft 365 for as long as reasonably needed to resolve the matter, provide related support, and address any associated dispute or recordkeeping requirement.

  • Waitlist and marketing contacts: We retain subscription information in Squarespace while your subscription remains active or until we discontinue the relevant communications. After you unsubscribe, we may retain limited information needed to honor your marketing preferences and document consent.

  • Google Analytics: Our current settings retain event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months. The user-data retention period may restart when new activity occurs. These settings do not apply to standard aggregated reports, which may remain available longer.

International Data Transfers

Arvion Ventures LLC operates in the United States. Personal information may be stored or processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your country.

Our service providers include Squarespace for website hosting, contact management and store operations; Microsoft 365 for business email; Google Analytics for website analytics; and the payment providers enabled at checkout.

Where a transfer of personal information outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area requires safeguards under applicable data protection law, we rely on the applicable transfer arrangements in our service providers’ data protection terms. Depending on the recipient and transfer, these may include an applicable adequacy decision, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum, or a recipient’s participation in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, where applicable.

For further information about the safeguards relevant to your personal information, or to request a copy where applicable, contact contact@compliancereadiness.co. Copies may be redacted where necessary to protect confidential information.

Your Rights and Contact

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict processing, and receive certain information in a portable format. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions, including requirements to retain certain business records.

Right to object: Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object to processing on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object to the use of your personal information for direct marketing at any time.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

To exercise your rights or raise a privacy concern, contact contact@compliancereadiness.co. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law.

You may also complain to a relevant data-protection authority. In the United Kingdom, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). In the European Economic Area, you may contact the supervisory authority in the country where you live or work, or where you believe an infringement occurred. You do not have to contact us before approaching an authority.

Policy Updates

  • We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The effective date reflects the latest revision. We will provide notice of material changes and obtain consent where required by applicable law.
